Service scope
The bot generates short fanfiction-style stories based on user inputs and selections.
Fanfic Swipe is a Telegram-first service. Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn, especially while the product is still evolving.
Eligibility and account use
Users should only use the bot if they can lawfully use Telegram and accept these terms.
- Do not use the service if you are prohibited from doing so by law, platform rules, or your own obligations to a third party.
- Do not share access in a way that bypasses quotas, payments, or other product limits.
- If minors are allowed to use the service, the operator may require a parent or guardian to review the policies first.
Acceptable use
The bot may be suspended or restricted if it is used in unsafe or abusive ways.
- Do not try to break, overload, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or bypass the bot, payment controls, or safety limits.
- Do not use the service for harassment, spam, impersonation, fraud, infringement, or unlawful content.
- Do not submit material you do not have the right to submit if doing so would violate law, contract, or another person's rights.
AI output and no guarantees
Generated stories are AI output and should be treated accordingly.
- Outputs may be inaccurate, repetitive, derivative, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
- The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect filtering, or error-free generations.
- Users remain responsible for how they use, publish, edit, or rely on generated content.
Payments, credits, and refunds
Paid features may use Telegram Stars or similar platform-linked purchase flows.
- Credits, quotas, prices, and availability can change over time.
- Refund handling may be constrained by Telegram, payment-provider rules, fraud checks, and applicable law.
- The operator may remove refunded or reversed credits when a payment is voided or chargebacked.
User submissions and intellectual property
Users keep responsibility for what they send and how they use outputs.
- You are responsible for the prompts, suggestions, custom characters, and feedback you submit.
- Submitting feedback or catalog suggestions gives the operator permission to review, moderate, and incorporate that material into the service.
- These terms do not grant rights in third-party franchises, characters, trademarks, or copyrighted universes beyond what the law allows.
Suspension, disclaimers, and changes
The operator may need to act quickly when safety, abuse, or legal issues appear.
- The service may be suspended, limited, or terminated if needed for safety, platform compliance, maintenance, non-payment, or abuse prevention.
- Except where the law does not allow it, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties.
- The operator may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and adjusting the last-updated date.
