The bot is not intended for young children and should not knowingly collect their data.
Fanfic Swipe is designed as a general audience Telegram bot rather than a child-directed service. If the operator chooses to market it to children or schools, a separate review is needed before launch.
If a child uses the service
Age thresholds may vary by country, but under-13 risk is the sharpest line.
- If the operator becomes aware that a child under 13 has submitted personal data, the account data and content should be deleted unless retention is legally required.
- If local law sets a higher digital-consent age, the operator should follow that higher threshold where applicable.
- Parents or guardians may contact the operator to ask for deletion or more information about a child's data.
